Adult classes can be taken in-person or online and presently accommodate students in the age range of 19-78! Online students zoom in from Idaho, Washington, California, and Texas to come together in a virtual classroom and celebrate our mutual love of technique and wellness through our commitment to self-discovery and moving with decreased pain and increased longevity.
The Conditioning and Wellness Program is comprised of
Progressing Ballet Technique, Master Stretch, Yoga, and Pilates classes
and serves students from all of MMAC's classes on their journey in dance and pain-free living.
Each class offers participants a unique experience with practice-specific objectives.

Students in this class will have the opportunity to warm-up through a basic barre with sensitivity to in-home spaces. Dancers will explore proper alignment, improve balance and coordination and safely condition the body for core strength, flexibility and posture through the language of classical ballet. This is an excellent class for any dancer seeking to learn ballet technique for the first time, or, wishing to brush up on previously learned skills. Class material will be taught at an introductory level and welcomes students of all ages.
