We are thankful for our amazing community as we learn and grow and a small business and are always looking for new ways to support other small businesses and non-profits. In recent years we have been blessed to support:

Opportunities for Local Artists & Interns

Moscow Movement Arts Center provides an array of opportunities for local artists to get involved at the level that meets

their level of curiosity, MMAC is rapidly becoming a home for creative minds and movers of both the Moscow and Pullman communities. Our seasonal production of The Nutcracker proudly offers design and crew opportunities for interns and volunteers wishing to be part of the community but whom have no desire to perform. These roles include lighting

design, set design, stage management and backstage management, all under the guidance of an assigned mentor for safety.

Scholarships & Work/Study Opportunities

MMAC began in a room with a single barre and consisted of 17 students by word of mouth. We are blessed to say that we now serve 38 students and have progressed to answer a need for 4 additional barres as we continue classes in the speed center of Moscow Mountain Sport and Physical Therapy’s gorgeous gym space and offering students a peaceful home to hone their craft.

Since we have been blessed we try to give back to the community by offering free admission for all community members to our November carnival-esque event, Travel the Land of Sweets. Additionally we offer partial scholarships to qualifying students and families exhibiting financial need. Lastly, we are proud to offer work/study options (available to dancers 18+ and families) to ensure that all dancers interested in participating have an opportunity to do so.

In our 2022-2023 season, we had 6 local dancers in our work/study program.
